Relationships, trust and communication are the pillars of Matt’s real estate foundation. Growing up on a farm just north of Casselton, ND taught him the value of hard work and seeing something through from start to finish. Matt attended Concordia College in Moorhead where he earned his bachelors degree in Business Finance. His analytical yet personable approach to real estate has earned him respect with clients and the real estate industry as a whole. Ryan grew up in the smaller community of Breckenridge/Wahpeton, about 45 minutes south of Fargo/Moorhead. It was growing up here that he came to admire the small town relationships that felt more like friendships. Studying psychology at MSUM, and now working in customer service industries since 2014 (Real Estate since 2017), it’s clear to those who know Ryan that he’s long valued people and his relationships with them. As Co-Owner and Realtor at Property Link Realty Group, Ryan serves his clients over a large territory: the Fargo/Moorhead area, Lakes Area (Becker/Ottertail Counties), Wahpeton/Breckenridge, and everything in between. Today, Ryan, his wife Laura, and their four children (Henry, Charlie, Nora, and Olivia) reside in North Fargo.

With over a decade of experience in mortgage banking, home inspection, and residential sales, he offers a well-rounded perspective that helps clients make confident decisions. Eric lives in Fargo with his wife Megan, their son Hudson, and their goldendoodle Finn. Known for his clear communication and deep knowledge of home systems, he provides straightforward, informed guidance through every step of the process. Clients value his honest approach and commitment to educating them along the way. Outside of real estate, Eric enjoys remodeling projects, playing in his church band, and spending time with family.
